Barn Arts This Friday

We'd like to extend a warm invitation to all to Barn Arts this Friday, Nov 23rd.

We asked Rod and Barbara what they had planned this week, and they said, "We will be setting up a still life (or two) for us to have a go at this week – any medium that you like.

If you have any interesting bowls, bottles, vases, table coverings, etc. that you'd like to include or set up your own still life please bring them along. As usual if you just want to do your own thing – painting, sewing, knitting, writing, just turn up to do this in good company."

Barn Arts meets on the second and fourth Friday of every month, from 10.30 till 3.30 at theBarn. There's a liberal supply of coffee, tea and cakes to feed your creative juices, and people are welcome to drop in any time and stay for as long as they like. Feel free to bring your lunch along. The aim is to create an place where anyone, of any age, or any skill level can learn, practise or share their artistic talents, in a fun, relaxed, converational environment. Materials will be provided to get you started.

If you've never been before – perhaps you're curious – perhaps this is just the thing for you – you'd be especially welcome!
