The Old Testament Jews lived in eager anticipation of a 'Messiah' - one who would come from heaven to save their people. All through the scriptures, the stories, the prophecies, were clues - hidden in plain sight. As a New Testament Christian, we can look back at those clues, the events and people that foreshadowed Jesus, and draw tremendous insight and encouragement. In this series, which leads into advent, the birth of Jesus the Messiah, we will identify and study some of the most significant clues, setting us up to greater appreciate the wonder of the coming of the Lord!.
