“Then Jesus said to His disciples, ‘Whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves and take up their cross and follow Me.’” (Matt 16:24) Jesus lived a radical life and invited us to do likewise. Radical Obedience... Radical Responsivess ... Radical Love ... Radical Mission. He doesn't call for a half-hearted, partial decision ... not cultural nor nominal Christianity. Radical means total, unerring, unwavering, unqualified, unconditional, permanent, countercultural, sacrificial and quite possibly unpopular. This series will look at what it means to be 'Radicals' - totally devoted followers of Jesus ... following His example of counter-intuitive, counter-cultural, often upside-down living. It will also look at what 'Radicals' are not, thus avoiding potential pitfalls and extremes. The aim is to live the Jesus kind of life in pursuit of the Jesus kind of results!.
